The rising star tells more about his uptempo and timely new track on a virtual interview via zoom hosted by MCA music!
After dropping his new single “Weird!”, Yungblud had no choice but to have fun and express himself with a lot of interviews online. Well, thanks to MCA Music, UdoU had the opportunity to take part in an online interview and asked Yungblud what he went through upon writing his new track.
To tell you, the rock star brought his alienated vibes and passionate feelings during the virtual interview. Check it out below!
In a span of 25 minutes interview, the U.K singer Dominic Harrison or know as Yungblud stated that there’s nothing wrong on being true to ourselves. In fact during the short interview, he stirred up feel-good vibes as he answered our questions and inevitably, drawn us with his passion in music.
” I want this song to make people feel like, yes it’s scary, yes things are bizzare but if we are remained unified then we’re gonna be alright and everything is gonna be okay,” he said.
In a Weird Time of our Lives
In case you don’t know yet, his latest track was written before the coronavirus pandemic hunkered down us at home but for Yungblud, this season is the appropriate time to release ‘Weird!’. What’s more, the rising star is currently gearing up for his sophomore album! Bet that his fans are all excited for it!

“I wrote the song about the weirdest time in my life ever imagined. I felt like the ground beneath me was a maze that was shapeshifting and I felt like I was going to fall down the cracks and, in my opinion, the world feels exactly like that right now.” he added.
More so, Yungblud said that he cannot wait to meet his Asian fans! He has been shocked for having a lot of fans in Asia as his shows were amazingly sold-out but has been cancelled due to pandemic crisis. Perhaps, he couldn’t really wait to celebrate music and life again with everyone!
