Quarantined? Not a problem! Trevor Daniel & Selena Gomez give us surreal ‘Past Life’ Music Video!

After much teasing in social media, Selena Gomez and Trevor Daniel have finally released the music video for their collab, ‘Past Life’. To tell you, they didn’t let the quarantine period hamper them in creating an enjoyable video for their fans.

 In case you haven’t seen it yet, watch it now below!

Released on Tuesday, July 14, much like its lyric video, the music video shows the two artists using Instagram Live. This time though, fans are taken on a trip around the world, showcasing its beautiful scenery and landscapes. Previously released in March, Gomez joined Daniel to give the song new spin.

Trip around the world

Directed by the Grammy-nominated duo Vania Heymann and Gal Muggia, ‘Past Life’ takes you to a surreal and trippy adventure around the world. Moreover, this track was co-written and produced by FINNEAS, another genuine musician and brother of Billie EilishAlso, ‘Past life’ originated as a solo track on Daniel’s debut album, Nicotine, before Gomez joined in.

“When I heard the song the first time, I loved the fact that it was kind of a story about all the things that we tend to hold onto and the patterns that we have.” Gomez discussed her collaboration with Daniel.
