Halsey returns to EDM with a collaboration with Marshmello!

Giving us the thought of vulnerability, Halsey together with the helmeted DJ and producer, Marshmello released a song called ‘Be Kind’. Their new track flaunts verses where we can find strength in being kind too especially, to our dear broken hearts.

If you haven’t heard it yet, you can watch the lyric video they’ve released below!

“As soon as we finished the song, I was instantly obsessed! Halsey and I connected and were both on the same page with what we wanted the final outcome to be! And it turned out great.” shared Marshmello.

“Be Kind” is the latest song offered from Marshmello, who is coming off a strong 2019 with 5x Platinum “Happier” with Bastille – also released by Astralwerks – plus 4x Platinum “Silence” with Khalid, and Platinum certification for “Project Dreams” ft. Roddy Ricch and “Everyday” ft. Logic. Watch Marshmello play Fortnite with a fan on YouTube Gaming this Saturday, May 2.

In case you don’t know yet, Marshmello continues to rise as the famously masked artist breaks boundaries across the industry. With chart-topping singles and collaborations with the likes of Bastille, Selena Gomez, Migos, Khalid, Logic, Kane Brown and more, Marshmello has clocked a staggering 7+ billion streams across Spotify alone, and over 44 million subscribers on YouTube, making him the 2nd largest musical artist on the platform.

Halsey continues to push creative boundaries, expanding her influence and impact beyond music. After making her film debut in the animated 2018 summer movie Teen Titans GO! as the voice of Wonder Woman, she was seen in A Star is Born, starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. She continues to use her voice to speak up for causes she passionately believes in, including disenfranchised youth, women’s rights, mental health and the LGBTQ community. GLAAD honored her in 2018 as “Outstanding Music Artist.” In 2019, she has won an AMA, the Hal David Starlight Award, presented by the Songwriters Hall of Fame, a VMA and two Teen Choice Awards.
