Lil Mosey aka Certified Hitmaker matches up with Puerto Rican trap star Lunay for another surefire earworm “Top Gone.”

Although the 18-year-old rap superstar got off to a rocky start as self-doubts kept on haunting him, Lil Mosey persevered, releasing his Billboard crown jewel “Blueberry Faygo.” Directed by Cole Bennet, the video has now 122 million views on YouTube and peaked at No. 8 on the Hot 100. This week, the track stays at number 11 on Billboard Hot 100.

Mosey returns today with his latest record, another summertime scorcher called ‘Top Gone’ made with the help of Lunay. It’s an obvious wordplay from Tom Cruise’s hit film, ‘Top Gun,’ and showcases the artist’s high-soaring talent when it comes to creating infectious songs.

Mosey’s rise to stardom dates back to 2018, when he introduced his debut project Northsbest that spawned his platinum hit “Noticed.” In 2019, he earned the title of a Certified Hitmaker with his glossy, star-studded album featuring Chris Brown, Gunna, and Trippie Redd. The project peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard 200 and kicked off his Certified Hitmaker World Tour.
