If today would be your last day on earth, what would be your last story to tell?
UK artists YUNGBLUD shared his story through his music video for ‘Weird’, which is totally weird in the best way possible.

It seems like no amount of quarantine drama could stop this king from doing what he does best: stir up feel-good vibes with his music and creativity. The music video for his latest single ‘Weird’ premiered on April 27, providing fans a glimpse into his life in quarantine and telling them that “it’ll be alright.”
“Right now, everybody is trapped in between four walls tryingย to figure out what the f*** is going on. Currently, Iโm trapped in LAย with my best friends. We made this for $100 and this might be my favorite video weโve ever made. I think you can see the happiness from it coming out of the screen,” said YUNGBLUD.
Directed by Tom Pallant and YUNGBLUD himself, the music video was shot by a three-person crew quarantining together. The team only spent $100 for the video, hence the lack of grand props and fancy shots. However, YUNGBLUD proves that minimal production doesn’t mean bad or lame. With his creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, his rental apartment in L.A.– where the video was shot– became an entirely new world you would have loved to quarantine in.
Moreover, as wacky and vibrant the video seems, the song still acknowledges the reality of the pandemic, using lyrics such as, “I can’t think, I can’t lie, I feel anxious all the time.” YUNGLUD is also one of us, struggling to cope with all these pandemic fiascos. He’s just facing it with a positive attitude, something he wants everybody to do as well.
