Have you ever wanted to be with someone so bad that nothing can stop you from being together? Brisom gets you! Together with Keiko Necesario, they give us ‘Hangad’ and it’s nothing but awesome!
If anything, a collab between Brisom and Keiko Necesario is surprising! But once you listen to their latest release called ‘Hangad’, you’d realize that it does make sense, because they sound great together! The song talks a lot about wanting someone and being willing to face everything to be with them. Storms, waves, and even a painful past got nothing on the type of love you have. If you want to know what we’re talking about, here’s the official lyric video!
Brisom and Keiko Necesario
If you’re not familiar with these artists, we’d gladly help you get to know them! Brisom is actually a band from Manila that incorporates synth wave pop and the ’80s style into their music. I think it’s pretty evident with ‘Hangad’, but they have other songs, too. In 2014, they released their first EP called ‘Perspectives’. Their first album called ‘Limerence’, on the other hand, was released in 2016 under Warner Music. Remember ‘Balewala’? Of course, you do. How can we not when it topped both music video and radio charts when it was released? The band is currently signed under Viva Records.
Of course, you can just look through YouTube if you want to hear Keiko. She has posted lots of covers, and Wish 107.5 seems to love her, especially. And she’s pretty active on Spotify, too! Eternally inclined to music, Keiko started making music when she was 7. I mean, the only thing I think I was able to write when I was 7 were some scribblings on the wall. She also has an official website you can visit!
‘Hangad’ remained true to the Brisom sound. But with Keiko, it’s just a different flavor. There’s no doubt they sounded good together, but it was really the lyrics that took our hearts. It suddenly made us believe that we can make love work if we want it to bad enough.
You can stream ‘Hangad’ on Spotify right here! And definitely add this to your playlist. It would be a song you won’t skip!
