Justin Bieber scores four nominations at the 63rd GRAMMY Awards.
The 63rd GRAMMY Awards nominees have been announced and Justin Bieber is confused for scoring nods in Pop categories. The 26-year old artist is nominated in Best Country Duo/Group Performance for ‘10,000 Hours’ with Dan + Shay, Best Pop Vocal Album for ‘Changes’, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for ‘Intentions’ feat. Quavo, and Best Pop Solo Performance for ‘Yummy’.
Few hours after the announcement of nominees, Bieber took to Instagram to express his confusion. “I am very meticulous and intentional about my music. With that being said, I set out to make an R&B album. Changes was and is an R&B album. It is not being acknowledged as an R&B album which is very strange to me.”, he said in his post. He then clarified that these are just his thoughts, asking people not to think that this is him being ungrateful for his nominations.

The Weeknd calls the GRAMMYs ‘corrupt’ after snub
Also expressing his disappointment over the GRAMMYs is The Weeknd, who received zero nods for his 2020 album ‘After Hours’, despite his chart-topping single ‘Blinding Lights’. After the snub, The Weeknd didn’t hold back and called the GRAMMYs ‘corrupt’ in his tweet hours after the announcement.
The Grammys remain corrupt. You owe me, my fans and the industry transparency…

Fans are riding with The Weeknd and also expressed their dismay on Twitter.
The Weeknd is the first artist ever to be at the top of all the charts SIMULTANEOUSLY. He’s number one on the Hot 100, Billboard 200, Artist 100, Hot 100 Songwriters, and Hot 100 Producers for OVER 40 WEEKS.
Yet Grammy's has not nominated him for anything! pic.twitter.com/x04MpxZKR1
