Got any plans for Valentine’s? ‘Coz we got you a venue!

And no, it doesn’t require going out and spending money. You’ve heard of TikTok? How about Justin Bieber? The 26-year-old pop superstar is about to give you a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day concert happening right on the world’s leading mobile video-sharing platform.

Featuring live performances of Justin’s fan-favorite 2013 album JOURNALS, the special event will be broadcast live from the Drew house via Justin’s official TikTok page. The set kicks off at 6pm PST/9pm EST on Sunday, February 14th, and will re-air on Monday, February 15 at 11am PST/1pm EST.

Just so you know, the said concert is hitting two big first times, both in the history of TikTok and Bieber’s career. First, it will be the first time ever that an artist gets to have a full-length concert to be live-streamed on TikTok. Second, it marks Bieber’s first time to live perform his album, JOURNALS, despite the fact that it is one of his most successful albums.

Released in 2013, JOURNALS is the third compilation album of the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker, released only digitally across various online platforms. Serving as the companion to his second full-length documentary feature BELIEVE, it became a fan-favorite for having beautifully showcased a more mature, R&B-leaning Bieber, as well as the young artist’s best and most personal music to date.

I’m excited to bring this show to life. Journals is one of my favorite projects and I’ve never performed it live,” said Justin Bieber about the upcoming concert. “I’m grateful to TikTok for helping me to bring this show to everyone on Valentine’s Day.

2020 was such a banger of a year for Justin Bieber, who capped it off by reminding the world that he’s still at the top of his game through his new smash singles ‘Holy,’ featuring Chance the Rapper, ‘Lonely,’ with benny blanco, and ‘Monster’ featuring Shawn Mendez. His brand new 2021 hit, ‘Anyone,’ continues to dominate charts and streaming platforms. This Valentine’s Day, Bieber is treating us to a throwback concert of sorts to remind us why we fell in love with his music almost a decade back.
