The day of love is next week. Do you know where to take your significant other? If not, here are some Valentine’s Day date ideas to help you out!

If you’re new in the relationship, then coming with a date idea for Valentine’s Day wouldn’t be that hard considering you can have a lot of firsts. But if you’ve been with your SO for quite some time now, you both gotta make sure you don’t run out of great stuff to do.

To help you out, here are some Valentine’s Day date ideas for you lovebirds! But remember, fantastic relationship means doing something amazing every day. Not only every 14th of February just because it’s Valentine’s Day!

Enjoy some music

Whether or not you and your lover are such avid fans of music, it’ll still be an amazing idea to head down somewhere for some dinner and drinks while enjoying quality live music. There are a lot of places around the metro where you can spot such places. But these two are what I’m suggesting for you guys!

“LaSingles” at SaGuijo, Makati

Head over to SaGuijo, Makati this 14th and witness live acts at one of the famous bar gigs in the metro. Well, the name might make you hesitate in attending this one. But I’m telling you, you should! The “LaSingles” gig event will be featuring bands Carousel Casualties, LaLuna, and more! And yes, door charge is only from Php 250.00 to Php 300.00, and the food and drinks at the bar gig are affordable as well.

Cubao Expo

Cubao Expo has gotta be one of the most chill and hippie places I’ve been to that’s very near. There are a lot of thrift stores that can satisfy your love for vintage stuff. Not only that, but of course, Cubao Expo is known for its open mics and artists performing at the various drinking spots. If it’s a cool and chill place that you want with your partner this Valentine’s Day, then this is for you.

Chill away from the city!

Ahhh, the beach. Sure, staycations are great. But getting away from the chaotic city and decreasing the chances of bumping to people you may know would be great too. Especially if you want to make sure you have the best day with your partner.

The Hangar Beach Lounge, La Union

Travel up north to the Surfing Capital of Northern Philippines and make sure to check in at The Hangar Beach Lounge. La Union would be a great place to enjoy the beach and try great activities with your SO. An adventure would truly make your February 14th extra special. And don’t worry, this lounge may look expensive because of it’s very great interior and exterior but trust me, it’s not! If I were you, I’d check out all the details and plan my trip with my babe (but boo, I don’t have one).

Puerto Del Sol Beach Resort & Hotel Club, Pangasinan

Love road trips, huh? Then here’s another suggestion for you! Fill up that tank and drive to Pangasinan with your lover and have a relaxingly beautiful stay at Puerto Del Sol. Chill by the resort’s pool and enjoy the great beach activities the province has to offer. All you have to do is grab your bae’s hand and have a sunny adventure together.

Fantasy World, Batangas

Does your girlfriend want to feel like a princess? Or do you want to feel like a prince? Well, going to Disneyland may be too expensive. But fret not! Because you should remember that we have the Fantasy World located in Batangas!

Truly a breathtaking place and I’m sure you and your partner would have a good time going around the great spots at Fantasy World. Take a lot of photos of the beautiful place, not to mention, your captivating surroundings. You can also rent medieval costumes (so cool!), climb to the top of the main tower, cross the hanging bridge, or find a relaxing and sweet spot to chill. Surely a fun way to spend Valentine’s Day!

Neon Empire Retro Gaming Lounge

Are you the couple who’s both addicted to games? Or do you just love to play when you both have the time? Well, I for one think that playing at arcades with your SO is such an adorable activity! But since its Valentine’s Day, let’s make it extra special!

Trippy, cool, and aesthetic! This place sure looks like the bomb. Not only that, you and your partner could enjoy some booze while going all out on video games until the wee hours.

Dinner dates

A typical date but trust me, you could never go wrong with this one. Go on a very nice dinner date with your partner, try out amazing cuisine, and just talk about your relationship. Valentine’s Day is about love anyways, it may be cheesy, but talk about your journey so far and how much you mean to each other. While of course, enjoying great food and drinks with a very beautiful ambience.

Ninyo Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge, Loyola Heights

Very stunning, serene, and romantic ambience. That’s what awaits you and your lover at the Ninyo Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge at Loyola Heights. This fine dining restaurant has an indoor setup, but the best on Valentine’s Day would be at the gazebo! The setup is very romantic. You have privacy care of the white drapes. And of course, candlelight dinner and rose petals to set the mood. But make sure you call and reserve a table now!

The Nest: Dining in the Sky, Vivere Hotel

If you want to have a romantic dinner overlooking the city lights, then The Nest: Dining in the Sky at Vivere Hotel located at Filinvest City is for you and your sweetheart! A fancy restaurant located high above ground providing a great view of the city is surely a romantic dinner date. Not to mention, a great fine dining experience. So call and reserve your table before it’s too late!

These are all fantastic ways to spend the day of love. But at the end, it’s all up to you and your partner how to make your Valentine’s Day extra special.
