Nissin just made our noodle experience better by making HEALTHY instant noodles!

Instant noodles have been a staple for most Asian countries because it’s the quick-to-make and ready-to-eat meal. I, for one, spent my college days drowning myself with this flavorful delight. However, it lacks the nutritional value like fiber, protein and other crucial vitamins and minerals needed to function well.

But worry not! The noodles expert, Nissin, changed the noodle game forever when they introduced All-in Noodles. Nissin formulated this snack considering the problem of modern-day people, which is having insufficient nutrition from “unbalanced diets, lack of breakfast, obesity in childhood, and increased leanness in adolescence”

“The simple foods that are required today should not only be simple and tasty, but also an “ideal nutritional balance,” Nissin said.

Why is it better?

The healthy treat is rich with 13 vitamins, 13 minerals, and dietary fibers–a third of a person’s daily nutritional intake requirements. Just when you thought it can’t get any better than this, the All-in Noodles apparently have 40 percent fewer carbs because of its “nutrient-packed core with a standard noodle coating.”

The noodles come in different packagings. If you want to enjoy the raw flavor of the noodles, I recommend you buy the plain All-in Noddles, which comes in an instant package.

There is also a cup version! The flavors are mainly Abura Ramen, Tom Yum, and Tantan, with each having their very distinct taste. Try the Abura Ramen if you’re craving for a spicier yet umami-filled feel. It contains spicy rayu oil, chashu pork and green onions. The Tom Yum version is for those who want a mix of Thai to their palate. It is full of lemongrass, coconut milk, and cilantro. Lastly, Tantan has bold flavors based on the Szechuan-peppered dish for that extra kick.

You can order Nissin’s healthy instant noodles series on their website on August 19, 2019, with the plain noodles pack priced at P198.00 while the cup versions at P297.00.
