A Keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. Reduction of carbohydrates puts your body in a state called ketosis. In this state, your body burns fat and turns it to energy and produces ketones in your liver that will then supply energy for your brain. It also lowers down blood sugar and insulin.

Targeted Ketogenic Diet (TKD) is where you get to add carbs when working out. The last one is High-protein Ketogenic Diet which is almost similar to Standard Ketogenic Diet, except with higher protein. In this keto diet, you consume 60% fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs.
