Okay, so The Game Awards 2019 is over but we’re still pretty much psyched about it after its amazing reveals. Wondering what they are? Find out more here:

If you’re aware of The Grammys—well—it’s just the biggest award-giving event in music. And of course, the gaming industry has its own recognition ceremony and it’s none other than The Game Awards 2019, which was held last Friday. And much to our delight, the event went down with an explosion of reveals including the Xbox Series X, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and more!

So what are we waiting for?! Let’s dive right into the details of these wonderful gaming reveals!

First look at Xbox Series X

One of the biggest news, we looked forward to is Microsoft unveiling the new Xbox Seris X or formerly known as Project Scarlett. Executive Vice-President of Microsoft Gaming Phil Spencer unveiled that one of its features is that you can use it horizontally. Even more, it comes with a brand-new controller. We can’t wait to get our hands on this baby so Microsoft announced that it will come out in November 2020!

Is PUBg releasing a new game?

Here’s something to think about. Apparently, the studio behind the battle royale game, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Prologue, has something up their sleeve. But what we all know for now is that they released a trailer titled, ‘Prologue’ in which we can only expect to be a new game. How about you? What do you think?

According to Brendan Greene, creator of PUBg, “with Prologue, we are taking our first steps toward building new technologies and interactions that will help develop my ideas into reality.”

League of Legends’ new indie titles

In case you didn’t know, the game publisher of League of Legends, Riot Games, has partnered with a new indie label under the title ‘Riot Forge’. And during The Game Awards 2019, fans had the chance to get a glimpse of the first two titles they’re working on called ‘Ruined King’ and ‘Convergence’, which are set in the League of Legends universe.

And last but not the least, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves with PS4’s in-depth trailer of the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake.
