A yearly tradition for the PlayPark community, PlayPark Xtreme Paskuhan is that time of the year when gamers from all over the country would travel to one place and spend fun moments with one another. Best to think of it as their “grand eyeball,” a momentous event that allows them to personally meet and make friends with one another.

Fortunately, despite the limitations brought about by the global pandemic and other calamities last year, the tradition persisted. In December 2020, PlayPark hosted its annual PlayPark Xtreme Paskuhan (PPXP) Christmas party virtually, which was attended by the PlayPark community and gamers from around the country.

The live-streamed online event featured a series of segments that enabled participants to hang out with their favorite gaming and Esports personalities like ShinBoo and Vill. One of the highlights of the event was the PPXP Donation Drive, a program launched by PlayPark for the benefit of ABS-CBN Foundation, to raise donations for Typhoon Ulysses victims. Through the program, the gaming community came together to share their blessings to our countrymen who were badly hit by the calamity.

At the end of the program, the donation drive was able to collect a total of PHP 300,000 worth of GCash Donations, all of which was turned over by PlayPark to ABS-CBN for their ongoing typhoon relief operations.

As a thank-you gift to everyone who participated, PlayPark treated the community to a variety of raffles and giveaways, as well as flash sales and other in-game incentives for PlayPark games like Cabal Online, RF Online, Perfect World, and Audition Next Level. The PlayPark team also hosted a raffle exclusive to donors, with prizes including furniture, appliances, Christmas packages, and more. Check out the full list of lucky winners here.

The PlayPark Saya Continues

This is not the end of fun. Now that we’re in the new normal, the PlayPark community can expect more online events coming this 2021. PlayPark All Stars and title-specific minor and major tournaments will continue this year, as part of the company’s commitment to building strong and meaningful bonds with its community. It’s going to be an exciting year for everyone.
