Check out uDOu’s Top 5 Best PlayStation 4 games in 2020.

The Last of Us Part 2

One of the most highly anticipated games this year, the sequel to the critically acclaimed ‘The Last Of Us’ is nothing short of extraordinary. Although, in the end, many fans were polarized by the fate of some important characters, Part 2 still managed to meet expectations. And that’s saying something considering how massively popular its predecessor was.

Ghost of Tsushima

If you’re a fan of stealth games, then this game is a must-have for you. Ghost of Tsushima is an open-world, action-adventure PS4 exclusive, developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Gorgeous visuals, amazing sound design, top-notch combat, and a completely immersive narrative are just a handful of the many reasons why this is a breakout title this year.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

This is not merely a remake, but a massive expansion of a beloved 1997 PlayStation game of the same name. It retells the same narrative and brings back many elements of the original game, but FFVII Remake is another beast on its own. While one can’t help but feel nostalgic as they go, Square Enix, the developer and publisher, has done a terrific job breathing new life into the beloved classic.

Doom Eternal

A direct sequel to 2016’s Doom, Doom Eternal is a first-person shooter video game that takes players on another exhilarating adventure with Doom Slayer. Praised by critics for its astounding gameplay, soundtrack, and combat mechanics, the game was able to meet the bar set by its masterpiece of a predecessor, if not exceed it.

Cyberpunk 2077

Even before its release (which had been delayed countless times that gamers couldn’t help but feel like giving up on it), Cyberpunk 2077 was already being expected to be the best game to come out this year. And now that it’s here FINALLY, let’s just say that it’s living up to the hype.
