At a small event by Nintendo Direct today, Nintendo announced that Ori and the Will of the Wisps, the sequel to the most enchanting platformer, has finally arrived onto Switch.

Will of the Wisps was released in March this year. A platform-adventure Metroidvania video game, it was developed by Moon Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and now, Nintendo Switch. It serves as a direct sequel to 2015’s Ori and the Blind Forest, which was an instant hit– both critically and commercially– for its stunning visuals, captivating storyline, and immersive gameplay.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps follows Ori, a cute, tiny guardian spirit who embarks on another epic adventure in the aftermath of Blind Forest’s events. Watch the official trailer for its Nintendo Switch launch below!
