This is not a drill.

Recently, Nintendo announced a new Animal Crossing-themed Nintendo Switch painted with dreamy pastel hues. Practically speaking, there’s really nothing new on it’s in-game features or the model. It’s clearly all about the color design and staying true to the theme. But, hey, if you love Animal Crossing, there’s nothing wrong with wanting this babe!

The Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch is still playable in handheld mode or on a TV and still comes with detachable Joy-Con controllers but are colored as mint green and baby blue and are priced at $299.99.

Another cool design of this new Switch model is that it has an embossed logo of Nintendo Switch on the back.

While for those who are feeling a little extra, there’s also an Animal Crossing-themed carrying case. But you’d also need to put some extra amount since it will be sold separately.

Animal Crossing comes to Switch

And if you’re on the other end and you don’t know what Animal Crossing is, well, it’s basically a social simulation video game series developed and published by Nintendo full of cute characters. And a special edition of this game is set to release on Switch later this March called Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Do note, however, that this new game will not be a part of the Animal Crossing Switch. You will have to purchase it for a price of $59.99.

The Animal Crossing-themed Switch will be coming to stores on March 13. As for the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game, it will follow a week after on March 20. You’ll be able to pre-order the themed console at select retailers soon.
