Here’s what we know so far about the special Genshin Impact event.

miHoYo launched on November 2 an in-game event called Stone Harbor Treasure Journal exclusively for Genshin Impact players in China. It could only be played in a web browser and ran until November 10. Now, the company is bringing over the event to other countries, allowing players of the English to experience the magical, time-limited adventure featuring new playable heroes.

Stone Harbor Treasure Journal is a story-driven, text-based adventure game presented in a visual novel style. It takes players to the pier town of Liyue, and features Zhongli and Childe, two new characters slated to arrive in Genshin Impact’s Update 1.1 ‘A New Star Approaches.’ In this game, players will have to fulfill a series of small jobs around the city to earn up to 200 Urgestein and 50,000 Mora. These rewards will then be transferred to your main Genshin Impact account.

You can choose between Zhongli and Childe as your character, each of whom will have their own impact on the storyline. But whoever you pick, rewards will stay the same. Also, players are only allowed one attempt to fulfill an assignment per day. However, certain tasks can give you three additional attempts if completed.

There’s a rule, though, that only by completing the assignments will players be able to claim the Urgestein and Mora rewards. But then again, small bonuses await those who will complete certain small jobs, so you just gotta keep on grinding.

Don’t miss out on this trending, multi-platform, free-to-play RPG. Genshin Impact is available on mobile, PC, PS4, and soon to come to PS5 and Switch.
