Just when the team is complete, captain ninjaboogie departs from TNC Predator. Read on and learn more about it right here!

A few days earlier, TNC Predator announced the return of their offlaner Kuku from his break. But the good news seems to have canceled out as the organization announces another change in the current active roster. TNC revealed that the team’s captain Michael “ninjaboogie” Ross will no longer be part of their active roster.

In their recent Twitter post, TNC announced the end of ninjaboogie’s run with the Filipino team. ninjaboogie came from powerhouse team in SEA, Mineski, just before he got into TNC in late 2018. Since he played in a SEA team before, ninjaboogie had that synergy with TNC who reflects the usual pro SEA style. TNC who had a revamp in their roster was able to sync with ninjaboogie in no time. No doubt, having most experience among them, ninjaboogie was able to guide TNC to great heights during his stay.

With him as the captain, the team had a great performance in The Kuala Lumper Major, showing tremendous improvements. And even without Kuku for The Chongqing Major, the team managed to show off their skills. Though they were eliminated by TI7 champions, Team Liquid, it was a great performance coming from them. However, they fell short during the DreamLeague Season 11 SEA Qualifiers. They were eliminated by WarriorsGaming.Unity in the playoffs, a team they could easily defeat. TNC’s expected to stand out it the qualifiers with fellow teams, Mineski and Fnatic. But they struggled at the group stage and WG.Unity left them to dust in the playoffs.

With ninjaboogie out of the lineup, TNC will have to find a new player to fill in for the position 5 support role. For the meantime, Nico “eyyou” Barcelon from Lotac will fill in for the support role, since it would be not a good time for TNC to find a new player with the tournaments ongoing. On the other hand, Kuku will be the in-game captain while still remaining as the offlaner of the team.

TNC will be participating in the StarLadder Minor SEA Qualifiers this February 9 – 10, 2019. If they advance to the main event and win the grand finals, they’ll get a chance to participate at The Stockholm Major.
