Crash Bandicoot might be coming to mobile!

In the previous years, we’ve seen numerous PC and console titles making the great leap on mobile like Call of DutyFortnite and more. And now it looks like 2020 has it’s first contender. The all-time favorite video game franchise, Crash Bandicoot, is *reportedly* coming to mobile! Here’s everything you need to know:

Leaks of this new Crash Bandicoot mobile game made rounds on the Internet after Twitter user JumpButton shared several images on the social media platform.

According to him, he first saw the link to the game’s signup when searched for “Crash Bandicoot” on Facebook. Supporting this, game website Kotaku said many users saw a Crash Bandicoot spin-off from King, Activision’s mobile studio. And since then the link has been removed.

Crash is back?

But of course, as soon as something pops up on the Internet, people are so quick to see it. Luckily, CNET was able to get ahold of the leaked game’s description:

“Crash is back, this time on mobile! Embark on a brand new adventure with your favorite characters and put a stop to Dr. Neo Cortex’s evil plan to destroy the multiverse! In this new episode, Dr. Neo Cortex dispatched mutagen henchmen across the multiverse to enslave all dimensions. With the help of his spirited sister Coco, Crash must strike and bash Cortex’s minions back to their own worlds!”.

As of now, there’s still no official announcement from Sony, the game’s publisher, but it’s probably alright to expect something as early now, right? And if by chance it’s all rumors then we don’t have anything to lose. After all, it’s just ourselves hyping us up.
