Call of Duty Mobile has easily become one of the top FPS games in the world. And here on Asia, Garena has been making big steps to guarantee the audience its been amassing. And that’s why CODM will be one of the featured esport titles at Garena World 2020 with a grand prize of $65,000. If we’ve piqued your interest, well, the tournament will be happening in Thailand very soon.
There will be eight invited teams consisting of two teams from Thailand, two teams from Indonesia, and a team from each Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Taiwan, easily making it the first and biggest regional tournament of COD Mobile in Southeast Asia to date. A regional qualifiers will be held in order to select the team representing their respective country.
As of now, there are still no other details about the said event including the date and selected groups but we’ll make sure to keep you updated!

While the CODM World Garena 2020 is the game’s first regional tournament, this isn’t the first time Garena held an event in Southeast Asia. First there was Mission One in Thailand and another in Indonesia at EXGCon 2019.
