Say goodbye to your kidneys!

We don’t know about you but we are absolutely fans of Final Fantasy 7 and the series but not to the extent of buying a $2,500 FFV7 watch. But if you’re planning to do so and you can afford, hey, we’re not judging!

Recently, Square Enix Store unveiled some new and exciting upcoming merchandise for Final Fantasy 7 including a luxurious watch! It comes in two different color based on their respective characters. The silver one will be Cloud Strife’s featuring a 3D Cloudy Wolf emblem and a stainless-steel case with a mirrored finish. While the black watch will be inspired from Sephiroth and of course, will show the One-Winged Angel.

According to Square Enix, both watches will feature a “nacre central disk inspired by Mako”, the liquid version of the lifestream appearing in Final Fantasy 7. And of course, it won’t be a  Final Fantasy 7 watch without the official logo plastered on the rotor.

Before you get too excited, do take note that these images are just prototypes of the final product. Expect for the design to be tweaked when it’s officially out on March 31, 2020.

So if you’re thinking of buying one for yourself, the choice is now or never as there will only be 77 watches made per region and you won’t be able to cancel or return the watch once the purchase goes through. Good luck!

Meanwhile, for those who are still unaware, the Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be released on April 10, 2020, for the PlayStation 4, instead of its initial date. Find out more here: Why was the Final Fantasy VII Remake release delayed?
