Toyota Motor Philippines is brewing something special this July, not only for car enthusiasts, but also for music lovers out there.
The Toyota Vios 2019 release comes with a massive music festival this July 28. South peeps can finally boast an event happening at the Filinvest Open Grounds, Muntinlupa City. Gates open at 2 pm, so better be there earlier to save a nice spot!
Expect special performances from the largest OPM bands like Ely Buendia, Ebe Dancel, Parokya ni Edgar, Spongecola, Hale, 6cyclemind, Callalily, Silent Sanctuary, Rivermaya, Cueshe, IV of Spades, Ben&Ben, December Avenue, and The Ransom Collective.
With majority of these solid bands coming from the early 2000s, we can expect a lot of OPM songs that will bring us back in time, so better invite your long-lost friends to take an afternoon of reminiscing!
Toyota Vios 2019, also known as Yaris Ativ in Thailand, has a 1.5 liter VVT-i engine that produces 106 hp and 140 Nm of torque, along with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Plus, a five-speed manual transmission may also be available!
This isn’t the first time that Toyota’s catering to a rather young audience as they also hold music festivals overseas, like Firefly, Life Is Beautiful and Stagecoach, in partnership with Oath. They can basically hold over 50,000 audience in one concert—way to go, Toyota!
