Mark your calendars OPM fans! Because the album launch for ‘Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry’ by The Ridleys is happening this December!

And it’s all going down this December 14 at Route 196 in Quezon City. Don’t forget that doors open at 8 PM, and that there is a 350 PHP door charge. And they will also be selling their album ‘Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry’ for 450 PHP. But the good news is that you can get both entry to the event and the album all for the price of 700 PHP!

And what’s a party without some friends? So aside from The Ridleys, you can also catch performances by Munimuni, Over October, and Shirebound and Busking at the event.

Check out this teaser tracklist that The Ridleys posted last December 7! So they’ve revealed four out of 13 tracks for ‘Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry’. But did you know that getting all thirteen tracks into this album, wasn’t particularly easy?

So when they first announced their album launch last November 30, it included a very long rant. And when we say long, we’re not over exaggerating. They explained in detail that the road to completing their upcoming album, ‘Reflections on Moonlight & Poetry’, was far from “picture perfect”. Check out their Facebook post below:

But with dirty hands and bruised knees, we fought for this. We were determined to get the album released this year, so we could work on the future projects we have for next year. This album is the first step of our journey.

And that really makes us admire The Ridleys, they just have a clear mind and goal for their music. And as fans, we can’t help but admire their tenacity.
