Calling all Midzy! Practice your fan chants now because K-pop girl group ITZY is coming to Manila to make things icy.

Yes, you’ve read it correctly! Our faves Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna are coming to Manila for the ITZY premium showcase tour. We are freaking out because it is just almost two months away too! Touring 11 cities in total, ITZY’s fourth destination is Manila, with the showcase happening on December 8.

Posted on their official social media accounts last night, we are just shaking from the announcement since then! Check out the posters for the tour below!

For those who need to catch up, ITZY is the newest girl group under JYP Entertainment. Composed of young and talented girls Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, they debuted just last February 11, 2019. Since then, they have released five songs and two remixes. Two of their songs have music videos – DALLA DALLA and ICY.

Watch the latter’s music video below to understand the hype of ITZY!

As you can see, they all are very attractive and talented. Plus, ICY is really catchy. That could also be said DALLA DALLA, their debut song. Honestly, we have been bopping to those two songs ever since they came out! The choreography for those is really good too, just a little hard to learn when you have zero dancing skills.

However, some fans are criticizing the showcase tour, asking how they are going to pull it off with a limited discography. Some even compared them to BLACKPINK, a group notorious for having a tour with just 13 songs.

Look at the tweets of some netizens regarding this issue:

Because of this, there are also rumors going on about a possible comeback of the group, sometime in October.

We really are hoping for another comeback! That would be really cool, or should we say… that would be really ICY!

In the meantime, let us wait patiently and just standby for more announcements regarding the selling of tickets for the tour.
