Watch out because soon, the famous 90s music icon Alanis Morissette will be coming back to Manila for her second time!
If you are a 90s kid, you will surely be familiar with the famous Canadian musician Alanis Morissette. A winner of 7 Grammys and a frequent voice on the radio during her time, she is someone who truly made a mark on the industry. Along with names like Shania Twain, Sarah McLachlan and Celine Dion, Alanis truly ruled the decade with phenomenal singles like no other.
Filipinos saw her last in Manila in 1996. Now, in celebration of the 25th year of her award-winning album “Jagged Little Pill“, she will finally be coming back to the country for a concert in lieu of her world tour!
Jagged Little Pill World Tour
Winner of Album of the Year and Best Rock Album in the 1996 Grammy Awards, “Jagged Little Pill” is Alanis Morissette’s most highly-acclaimed album. Released in 1995, it is now celebrating its 25th anniversary. Of course, what better way should the singer commemorate her fine work other than a world tour which it deserves?
