Are you ready to waltz on the streets? Come and have the best night of your life with your Prom dress on while swaying in the rhythm from The Busking Community PH on March 9!

If you want to feel that romantic night again — with someone asking for your hand to dance you — or if you haven’t experienced a Prom yet, then this coming event is your chance to feel that sweet, fleeting moment and your first dance on the street.

With your eyelashes curled, painted nails, with too much jewelry or even nothing, a shimmering dress on ladies and cool blue checkered tuxedo for the gents or any looks of a Prom attire is fine. Just be reminded that there will be an entrance fee of 150 pesos, with NO AGE LIMIT —but you should be at least 18 years old if you want to feel a little bit tipsy. Be there at eight in the evening and enjoy this exciting peculiar event at Conspiracy Garden Cafe.

In line with that, Martin Riggs will also serenade the participants of the event with the new song that he officially teased on twitter last Sunday. According to him, he wanted to give a song for anyone who’ll come to the event and have a good dance as he sings it in front of everybody on the streets.

To tell you honestly, the idea is a new classic and not cliche right? Because usually Prom dates are happening inside our campuses or even in luxury hotels but now, we can experience to dance on streets with someone we’ve always wanted to dance with,  just like in movies!

In case you don’t know yet though, the idea came from Martin Riggs himself who wants to think odd concepts like this prom set that we’ll be having next Monday. He is a rising musician under O/C records who usually sings about social and political issues, he also uses his platform to support buskers in the Philippines and eventually spearheaded The Busking Community PH who will also bring us music at the said event.

If you haven’t listened to Martin Riggs yet, you can stream his song on Spotify or come to Prom the Streets on March 9 to witness the talents of our local buskers and have your dream Prom date. Don’t hesitate to come because you don’t have anyone to dance with, Martin Riggs might ask you for a dance!

So what are you waiting for? Invite your friends, your classmates, your workmates and yes, your Special Someone to dance on the streets next week! Don’t forget to wear your Prom Attire because it is a must. See you there!
