We know that Taylor Swift has many songs that really stab us in the heart like a knife. “Back to December“, “All Too Well” and “Cornelia Street” from her latest album – these are just some of her really hurtful songs that tell sad stories that somehow, we can all relate to.

If you notice though, these songs are also really perfect to listen to on a gloomy day.

So when earlier today drizzle and rain overcame some parts of the country, we observed a certain phenomenon – on gloomy days, people really tend to listen to sad songs. Of course, some of which are Taylor Swift’s. To serve as proof, you can check the current trending list on Twitter in the Philippines and you would find that “Cornelia Street” is still there.
