Joyce Pring-Triviño Talks About #AloneTogetherPH Challenge with 24-Oras!

In the popular 24-Oras segment, Chika Minute, Iya Villana interviews Joyce Pring-Triviño on how the TV host/music artist made her birthday celebration special even in quarantine.

They also discuss Joyce’s very timely song Alone Together, and the online movement called #AloneTogetherPH challenge.

In case you were wondering, U Do U has partnered up with Joyce to launch the #AloneTogetherPH Challenge, wherein everyone is encouraged to take part by simply recording themselves dancing, singing, or just jamming with the song Alone Together by Joyce Pring featuring Victor Pring and DJ X Factor. The best and most creative entries will be part of the music video, which will be launched pretty soon!

As stated in the interview, Joyce Pring initially wrote the song Alone Together for people going through the same battles with her. As a mental health advocate, she had been open about her struggles with depression and anxiety before, and this track was her way of reminding herself and others that we were all in this together. Coincidentally, the message of the song suited the current situation we are all in during this COVID-19 pandemic crisis. And so, together with U Do U, she decided to make a collective movement that does not only aim to entertain and take people’s minds off their lockdown concerns, but also raise awareness on World Vision Philippines’ COVID-19 response efforts. We actually had our own in-depth discussion with the artist herself, Joyce Pring, regarding the song and the movement. You can read it here.

Surprisingly, our U Do U creative team also made an appearance on 24-Oras with their very own entry for the #AloneTogetherPH challenge. Check out how we’re coping with the ECQ, individually and as a team.
