As a new year enters, we’re dying of excitement for the release of the next season of the series we’ve been waiting for. To keep you updated, here’s our list of the Upcoming TV Series 2019!

Don’t you just love staying in bed with your laptop or TV and some snacks in hand, just watching your favorite series? I know I do! Come to think of it, I’m such a whore for TV series! When a season ends or is on a break, it’s like my world stops because I have to go back to reality. Eesh!

Back from hiatus!

Let’s start off our list with our favorite series that went on hiatus for a bit. I know you’ve been dying to continue on with the season. So fret no more, because they’re arriving real soon!

Riverdale Season 3B – January 16

‘Riverdale’ season 3 hiatus comes to an end and is returning on The CW and Netflix this January 16. Prepare yourselves and ready your hearts as secrets are revealed and new relations emerge.

Dynasty Season 2B – January 18

Thirsty for more Carrington family drama? No worries. We’ll be having more of that with this crazy bombs and rich family. ‘Dynasty’ season 2 continues so tune in to The CW and Netflix this January 18.

The Walking Dead 9B – February 10

After the shocking midseason finale of season 9 that aired last year, November 25, ‘Walking Dead’ returns to AMC on February 10. So brace yourselves, because this series is still gonna make your heart beat very fast this year!

Last season… huhuhu

Yup, we’re very excited to watch the final season to know how it’s going to end. But… can you guys imagine what it would feel like when the final credits roll? Because I just can’t handle it! I’m looking forward but I’m dreading it at the same time. Ya feel me?

With that note, here’s our favorite TV series to watch out for this year. And sadly, their last season.

Game Of Thrones Season 8 – April 2019

Need I say more? Who’s not crazy over ‘Game Of Thrones’? Episode after episode, it gives a full-on production that’s like a movie! And the story, the plot twists, and the characters are just so amazing, right? But sadly, all good things must come to an end. ‘Game Of Thrones’ season 8 has six episodes with at least two hours duration!

The eight and final season of our favorite series airs April 2019 on HBO.

Gotham Season 5 – January 3

Another amazing series bids us goodbye this year as the fifth and final season of ‘Gotham’ nears. Following the story of Detectives James Gordon, young Bruce Wayne, and many of the villains of Gotham, it was surely a show that we’ve grown to love.

The first episode of season 5 aired last night, are you ready?

Orange Is The New Black Season 7 – July 2019 (Tentative)

Speculation has it that ‘Orange Is The New Black’ seventh and final season will arrive on Netflix by late July. After seven seasons, it’s time to say goodbye to Litchfield. Are you ready to be released from prison?

Shadowhunters Season 3B – February 25

Freeform breaks everyone’s heart when the announcement that Shadowhunters is being canceled. And to compensate, the second half of ‘Shadowhunter’ season 3 will be pushed through. After that, goodbye Mortal Instruments world huhu!

The second half and final season of ‘Shadowhunters’ airs on the 25th of February at Freeform and Netflix.

The fun continues!

But of course, don’t cry so much. I know it’s sad to say goodbye to your favorite series. But remember, there’s still more great TV series to watch out for! Not only are the new seasons being released this year, but it’s definitely not the last we’d see from them.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6 – January 10

Who doesn’t want a good laugh? Our favorite precinct ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ is back for its 6th season! And I must say, I’m just so hungry for all the witty remarks and hilarious moments. Who’s not excited for another Halloween episode? The last one had me in tears lol!

Black Mirror Season 5 – 2019

After ‘Bandersnatch‘, this mindblowing series is not done giving us headaches, lol kidding! Who doesn’t love the ever-fascinating ‘Black Mirror’, right? Season 5 is delayed however due to the Black Mirror Event.

Don’t be too disappointed, it’s still arriving this year. And anyway, you still have the “Choose Your Own Adventure” feature film to watch!

American Horror Story Season 9 – 2019

Right after the jaw-dropping season 8 entitled ‘Apocalypse’, are you ready for another season of ‘American Horror Story’? Cos sweetie, I know I’m not. Kidding. But really, are you ready for a new AHS this 2019?

No further details have been released yet so check out these speculations!

Bojack Horseman Season 6 – 2019

October 30, 2018, ‘Bojack Horseman’ was officially renewed for a 6th season. And I know you guys also binge-watched the season 5! There’s no official release date yet but it seems like we’d be seeing our favorite horse again sometime this summer or early fall!

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 2

Yup, the ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ is definitely not over. Because the season 2 debuts on April 5! And I know you are all excited to watch new episodes filled with spells and enchantments.

Wow, that’s a lot, huh? Definitely a great new year. I’m excited to put on my lazy clothes, grab a pint of ice cream and salty fries, and stream these amazing shows! Better stay updated on the releases, ya hear me?
