Uhm… Is Kanye West really running for President in 2024?

What is the world coming to? Is Kanye West really running for President in 2024? And he’s changing his name to what?

I wish we could say we’re joking, but we kid you not. Because Kanye West really just announced that he’s planning to run for President in 2024!

It was during the Fast Company’s ‘Innovation Festival’ on November 8 in New York City where he officially made the announcement. He started with, “When I run for President in 2024,” to which the crowd laughed. And he literally waited for them to stop laughing before continuing:

“When I run for President in 2024, there would be so many jobs that I’m not gonna run, I’m gonna walk.”

Because he explained that he plans on bringing the production of ‘Yeezy’s’ to the United States, and therefore creating jobs. Check it out:

And he also said that he might legally change his name to “Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West” for a while. So that people will understand exactly what a billionaire is. Uhm, okay? We get it, you’re rich. As if that’s all it takes to be a good president.

Twitter has spoken!
