So ICYDK what the Golden Kubeta Awards is, it’s an awareness and education campaign by Maynilad called the ‘Kubeta PH’. Its aim is to start up the conversation for proper wastewater management, and why it’s important. As well as the goal of creating a standard or norm for clean and comfortable public restrooms.
According to Page One PH, Maynilad President and CEO Ramoncito S. Fernandez hopes that:
“All of you will also be our partners in spreading the gospel of proper wastewater management. Our collective effort in ensuring that wastewater is properly treated before being discharged to different bodies of water will ensure a better future for the next generation.”
So congratulations to the FEU Tamaraws for winning this year’s Golden Kubeta Awards! And kudos, for choosing to be a part of advocating for proper wastewater management. As well as creating a standard for clean and comfortable public restrooms.
