At the wake of Taal Volcano‘s recent eruption , people are doing their best to help those affected by the unforeseen tragedy.

Now, we got caught of the information that a certain group of people are preparing to help those affected by Taal through a very special way.

A few days ago, we are struck by the shocking knowledge that after decades, Taal Volcano is once again erupting. You all know what happened next as the volcanic thunderstorms and ashfall followed suit. Sadly, this is a tragedy that affected lots of people, especially those who lived in Batangas.

However on to the lighter news, a lot of people have been dedicating themselves to find time for certain relief operations. Everywhere we can see posts of netizens asking for help, may it be through monetary, material goods, or physical labor. Somehow, it was really refreshing to see as we are reminded of the “bayanihan” concept.

However, a special way of gathering funds for donation also caught our attention. Apparently Sarah Geronimo‘s fans, the Popsters, have organized a flash mob to happen on June 18, this coming Saturday. Of course, what other dance would people perform other than the Popstar Princess’s “Tala”? After all, it is a dance craze that is relevant ’til now and it’s title is coincidentally an anagram for Taal.

Organized through the Facebook group Popsters Official, the flash mob has a registration fee of 100 each person. This fee will be pooled though and will be donated directly to Philippine Red Cross. Check out the poster below!

If you want to join the flash mob though, all the slots have sadly been already filled up. Moreover, the number of participants have been capped at 600. After all, the organizers have to watch out for every participant’s safety. But in case you want to witness this “Tala” flash mob live, it will be held on June 18 at Rizal Park in Manila.
