‘Spirited Away’, ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’, ‘My Neighbor Totoro’ – these are just some Studio Ghibli films we grew up watching.
Now that they are coming soon to Netflix, we can’t help but scream impatiently!
If we were to honestly tell you one of our favorite animated movies, it would totally be Hayao Miyazaki’s “Spirited Away“. Produced by the Japanese animation house Studio Ghibli, it is honestly really a film for children that is one of a kind. So when we learned that the aforementioned film is coming to Netflix along with other Studio Ghibli classics, we kid you not – we legit screamed from excitement.
To be frank, we kind of thought we were dreaming when we saw the announcement from Netflix themselves. However, upon further inspection and enough pinching of our cheeks to make sure we were fully awake, we knew that it really is true.
So mark your calendars ladies and gents, because our favorites from Studio Ghibli will be on Netflix starting this February 1!
