Hold my poodle! Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil really did that! During the recently concluded Black Magic Ball, the first-ever official celebrity Halloween event by Star Magic Philippines. LizQuen bagged the best couple costume award for their ‘White Chicks’ costume! And also bagged a stamp of approval from Marlon Wayans. Of course, LizQuen weren’t the only ones with an epic costume, hello to Dimples Romana’s Maleficent. But for us, they were the most iconic! And TBH, what does one have to do to get a ‘White Chicks 2’? Just look at these cuties getting us all nostalgic:

A stamp of approval from the original white chick!

Aside from LizQuen’s costume being hilariously funny, it is also extremely on-point! And whoever did their make-up and prosthetics has got our stamp of approval! But our approval isn’t the approval that matters. Because the original white chick himself, Marlon Wayans, acknowledged LizQuen’s costume on Twitter!

The actor who played Marcus Copeland and Tiffany Wilson, on the 2004 comedy film ‘White Chicks’ shared this tweet on LizQuen’s costume on his personal Twitter account.

Oh no, they didn’t!

But yes, they did! After their red carpet entrance in the ‘White Chicks’ flamingo outfits, LizQuen came back for a second round in the ‘White Chicks’ “club scene” outfits. And bless this man! Enrique Gil even reenacted some of the moves from the infamous dance battle! We absolutely stan LizQuen!

In an interview with LizQuen on the red carpet of the Black Magic Ball 2019, it was reportedly Liza’s idea to dress up in the iconic flamingo ensemble from the movie ‘White Chicks’. And apparently, Enrique was hesitant about the idea at first, but in the end, he caved because he thought it would be a “fun and unique experience.” And we can’t blame him for feeling iffy about it all, but we love that he agreed to Liza’s idea in the end. Relationships wherein you can be goofy around your partner are the best kind, right?

What did you think of LizQuen’s ‘White Chicks’ costume? Doesn’t it just make you want a ‘White Chicks 2’? We’d love to hear what you think! So share with us your thoughts in the comments down below! Or hit us up on our Facebook or Twitter @UDoUPh.
