As the iconic band The Beatles celebrates the 50th anniversary of Abbey Road, a music video for their song ‘Here Comes the Sun’ was released.

To be honest, we think most of us and our readers may not have existed yet at the time of the hype for The Beatles. Not to mention, Abbey Road’s release. However, 50 years after, the band still stands as an iconic household name, even in the Philippines.

Hey Jude, Let It Be, I Want to Hold Your Hand – these are all beautiful masterpieces which deserve to live on through centuries. Therefore, as a way of commemorating these, a music video for ‘Here Comes the Sun’ was released.

If you are a fan of The Beatles and love their music, you must not miss this! We must warn you, though. You may shed a few tears here so prepare some tissues beforehand.

Here Comes the Sun

This one is just absolutely beautiful. We would be lying if we say we didn’t cry. As we heard the iconic guitar intro, we just wanted to start bawling immediately.

‘Here Comes the Sun’ is a song that personally makes us feel warm and fuzzy inside. It is a song that makes us feel hopeful for tomorrow or for the better days to come. Paired with some amazing animation in the music video, photos of the iconic band were shown to give us that reminiscent vibe. And honestly, we just really felt so happy that we cried a lot.

And I say it’s all right

With this music video, we really felt for a moment that everything would be better. We experience a lot of different struggles in our lives and really, ‘Here Comes the Sun’ makes us really hopeful that these bad things would come to pass.

Even after all these years, you still have that magic. Thank you, The Beatles.
