ABS-CBN Shutdown

It was back in May when news broke that ABS-CBN was issued a Cease and Desist Order by the NTC following the expiration of the network’s franchise. Following multiple hearings in Congress, ABS-CBN’s hopes of a franchise renewal were put to an end back in July.
