If you loved the Scrubb, a music duo from Thailand whose songs on the official soundtrack of BL hit 2gether: The Series have dominated our local charts, then you’re gonna fall in love with another pop gem from their country.

Violette Wautier is a Thai-Belgian alt-pop songstress hailed as one of their best talents in music and film. She first came to prominence as a four-chair-turner in The Voice Thailand, and since then she has become a music and film sensation. Starting off by recording original songs for films and TV series, she then ventured into acting, winning the Suphannahong Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Heart Attack (2015) and A Gift (2016). By now, Wautier has released covers with million views and chart-topping singles.

Today, Violette Wautier released her latest single called ‘I’d Do It Again’.

I’d Do It Again is an anthemic electro-pop built on Wautier’s soothing, airy vocal over a mix of shimmering synths, reverb-drenched pianos, and dreamy percussion. It’s a song about young love, describing the tales of our first heartaches and first breakups. Watch the official music video below!

I recall when you were mine
You used to teach me how to drive
You used to make fun of me when I’d cry
And I remember how we met 3rd of July
I wore a white dress
And your hand was broken you were in a cast

I’d Do It Again is now available across streaming platforms worldwide. Her debut album “Glitter and Smoke” is set to follow on June 19. For more updates, you can catch up with Violette Wautier on her Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
