A king in the making
Covered in a hoodie, wearing a barely-there cunning smile on his face as if sending a message to haters, the 18-year-old up-and-coming artist flexes his rapping abilities as he dedicates a song to anyone trying to shut him down. ‘Hate’ is one of the tracks coming off his debut album, ‘Dreams.’
No death stares. No cussing. Just an innocent-looking young man attempting to break out of his shell with his raw talent, it’s enough to have people voicing out their praises for Michael. Just a day after Wish 107.5 released Michael’s performance on their Youtube channel, the video has garnered over 1.7 million views. It currently stands at #3 on trending videos for music.
A student-athlete, Michael is second to the five children of Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao. His name has recently trended on Twitter after he shared a collaboration song of him and Michael Bars. From then on, people have had all eyes on this promising rookie.
