Put your bluffing skills to the test!

On Saturday, League of Legends developer, Riot Games, announced a new tabletop title after 3 years since they last made Mechs vs. Minions. Now, they’re coming out with what they would like to call a “bluffing” board game called Tellstones: King’s Gambit.

With many virtual titles being in the mainstream now, we’ve missed a few gems in other genres. And Tellstones: King’s Gambit is lowkey perfect to enjoy with friends and family for an intimate game night.

Although Riot hasn’t spilled enough details about it including the design and pieces, all we know is that it’s based on another upcoming digital card game by Riot called Legends of Runeterra. The rule of the game is very easy to follow. Basically, players have to lie and deceive their enemies to win. This might just be the perfect game for your ex. Kidding aside, Riot also said that it’s smaller and more fast-paced than their first and so far only tabletop game, Mechs vs. Minions.

You’re probably wondering when this game is due, unfortunately, even this detail wasn’t revealed by Riot. But here’s some more good news to lighten up the mood, according to Riot Games, they have several other tabletop games in production right now. And let’s not forget about League of Legends’ mobile version called Wild Rift that’s soon to be out. Well, that’s another thing to look out for!
