Keanu Reeves just introduced to the world his new girlfriend, Alexandra Grant! But you know social media, people always have something to say…
After 10-years, Keanu Reeves finally goes public with his new girlfriend, Alexandra Grant! And honestly, we couldn’t be happier for them. But you know what social media is like, people always have something to say. And this time, it’s about whether or not you can call Keanu Reeves’ and Alexandra Grant’s 9-year age-gap “age-appropriate.”
Is a guy 9 years younger than his girlfriend “age appropriate “?

Although we can understand where this conversation stems from. Because in Hollywood, it’s common for men to date women that’s half their own age. And also maybe to cover up their shock, when they saw that Alexandra Grant has grey hair. But also, a 9-year age gap really is a big deal. But for people past the age of 45, not so much. Look at what some people had to say about it.
Some people are just nasty!

But thankfully, there are still decent human-beings around!
Instead of saying “keanu reeves has an age appropriate girlfriend” you could say “he has a soulmate that happens be from the same age group as him”.

Our stand on this is simple. Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant are two full-grown, mature, well-established, and consenting adults. And to that, a 9-year age gap doesn’t matter. It’s honestly just saddening that people found the need to point out her age. I guess that ageism against women is still evident in 2019. And to that we say, silver vixens rule!
