‘Sucker’ celebrates love, as they sing, “I’m a sucker for you…” in the chorus. It describes how love is in the perspective of the adults. In their previous songs in the past 6 years, they describe love with a lot of flowery words that appeal to our teen minds. But growing up, ‘Sucker’ reminds us that love can be complicated as it is straight forward. Sometimes, love is seen from the small things like “remembering subliminal facts” about your significant other. And I guess, that’s what makes ‘Sucker’ a good song.
“You’re the medicine and the pain, the tattoo inside my brain”
Aside from that, the music video features the boys with their beaus, dancing and prancing in the extravagant English mansion. It gave a medieval feel, with all of their fancy outfits, teas, and the mansion itself. Sophie Turner, Danielle Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas were nothing but elegant and seductive in the video.
The Jonas Brothers became famous for their roles in Disney Channel, especially in the movie ‘Camp Rock’. It became the bedrock of their music career as a three-piece pop rock band. And over the years, they’ve never disappointed their fans with the music they share. Up until now. The last time we saw The Jonas Brothers was way back in 2013. It’s the year when they released their fifth album, ‘LiVe’.
Moreover, the Jonas Brothers will be also be making an appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden next week.
