FEATURES: Alone/Together Trailer

January 22, 2019 Victoria Luz

With the Alone/Together trailer released, one of PH’s most celebrated love teams, LizQuen is out to set the mood for February!

With the month of love coming, another romance drama film is set to grace the big screens. The trailer was released last Sunday. And it will star one of our favorite love teams, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.

Black Sheep

The Antonette Jadaone film, Alone/Together follows the love story of Christine and Raf. Liza Soberano plays the role of Christine, an “overachiever” art student from the University of the Philippines Diliman. While on the other hand, Enrique Gil will play the role of Raf, a happy-go-lucky BS Biology Student from the University of Santo Tomas. It was suggested that the two of them are college sweethearts.

The teaser trailer!

The trailer started with innocent Christine and Raf being supportive of each other and talking about their dreams. The rest is a montage of the college memories that shows how their love blossomed. But somehow the teaser ended in a bad note. It shows the characters in the future where they meet up at their usual spot: the UP Sunken Garden. And it ends with Christine saying “Alam mo, ‘di ko talaga alam kung ano nangyari.”

There is little to none information about the film itself. But if we base on the trailer released, the film would be tackling the story of how love blossomed and fell apart. Heartbreaking as it sounds, but this film is no joke. Netizens online have started a buzz with #AloneTogether, commenting how heartbreaking the trailer is. Moreover, they are expecting to cry the day before Valentines Day.

Alone/Together is written and directed by Antonette Jadaone. The film will premiere on February 13, 2019.
