Ever felt sad and 15 feet under with no particular reason? You know your sorrow is brought about by something, but you just can’t seem to pinpoint the cause of it. You lose yourself in the overwhelming darkness and you dread it so much, you wish someone would just come to your aide and hug the darkness away from you. It comes and it goes. And no matter how hard you try, it seems to keep on coming back for more.
That’s what Rice Lucido’s ‘Heto Na Nanaman’ is all about. It’s a song that expresses this kind of problem that some individuals have to face on their own. This song can serve as a reminder that no matter what you are feeling, tell people about it. Don’t isolate yourself in the darkness and find light through the people around you.
