Syzygy Music Festival for the benefit of Philippine Red Cross! Yup, the biggest music festival of the year is more than just a great rave.
In just a few more weeks, we will get to witness the stars align at the biggest music festival of the year. I know you rave-goers are excited just as I am to head off to SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on February 9! Who wouldn’t be thrilled, right?
From such big disc jockey names to the Kings of Tomorrowland, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, we truly have so much to watch out for. Learn more about the DJs part of the lineup right here. But what makes me even more excited is the thought of Syzygy Music Festival for the benefit of Philippine Red Cross!
That’s right. The Syzygy Music Festival is not merely a rave, but an event for a cause! Proceeds will be for the benefit of Philippine Red Cross Parañaque branch. It’s not just a night full of sick beats and shuffling but about helping those who are in dire need. So every attendee counts!
Not only will you be able to enjoy a very lit night, but you would also be able to help out. How? Let’s find out from the man behind the Syzgy Music Festival! Project Director of the Parañaque City Branch of Philippine Red Cross, Mr. John Alba, shares with us how the music festival would pave way for their mission.
For the benefit of Philippine Red Cross
Before we tell you guys what Mr. John Alba shared with us, check out as he invites you all to attend the Syzygy Music Festival!
Mr. John Alba tells us that they chose a music festival for the cause because it’s a happy event. And I couldn’t agree more!
We wanted to try something different that focused on positivity, instead of the usual sad images of disaster-affected areas and populations. With so many disasters coming, donor fatigue has long since set in. So we decided to be proactive and try to raise funds in a different, more exciting, and youth friendly way so that we can help more people.
True enough, events such as Syzygy Music Festival can truly make a lot of attendees joyous. Especially those who love electronic dance music, am I right? Music festivals are really a good way to accumulate budget to help the Philippine Red Cross Parañaque Branch.
Your attendance would help a lot!
If you’ll go to the Syzygy Music Festival on February 9, here’s how your attendance would be able to contribute!
Our goal is to be able to buy a multi-purpose van that can serve as a food truck, a mobile command center, or a logistics vehicle. We also wish to buy ambulances, upgrade our current life-saving equipment and our branch in general so that we can be better equipped to help the most vulnerable during emergencies.
One ticket could really make a change. Imagine if thousands would come together for a music festival that would align the stars! And when the night is over, your contributions and joy would not end there. Because it would be invested to improve the services of the Philippine Red Cross Parañaque Branch to help out more people.
Every single one of you who comes to the festival is contributing to our mission to help those who are in desperate need. Whenever you like, share or comment on our posts, we become one step closer to a better tomorrow.
Who knew that by going to a rave, you could contribute to such great plans? Not only will you get to have fun with such sick beats from very talented DJs, but you’ll also be a part of something as great as helping out.
So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! Especially to you, Feather, Mr. Wayne Cardoza, Victor Pring, Callum David, and to UDOU, and Afterparty. Thank you for bringing the word out and supporting our cause!
A fun night and helping those who really need it. What are you waiting for right? Get your tickets and attend the most anticipated music festival of the year!
