Ang Pasko Ay Sumapit Cover by Karencitta dropped just in time for the holiday season! And if you played this during your Christmas festivities, I’m sure you had a turnt family reunion!

Early this month, Ang Pasko Ay Sumapit Cover by Karencitta dropped. And I’m telling you, this cover is soooo different from the original. No complaints! I am so loving it together with its video.

Karencitta is our homegirl rapper from Cebu who has been making waves in the rap community this year. Her song ‘Cebuana’ first became available on Spotify November of 2017 and was named Top Viral Music! Now, Karencitta decided to add some flare to our oldie but goodie Christmas carol ‘Ang Pasko Ay Sumapit’.

Didn’t play this one during your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day reunions? Boo! If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out right here:

Your Christmas reunion surely was a bomb if your cousins had a dance battle challenge with Karencitta’s dance moves! And I bet all the Christmas games you’ve prepared for the whole family was made complete by this song cover.

Karencitta never fails into making me stand up and just start dancing along to her sick beats and turnt moves! Who knew our classic ‘Ang Pasko Ay Sumapit’ can be remixed like this, huh? If your Christmas feels is not yet over, then be sure to play this track again and again! It surely is worth more than one listen.

It really was a Maligayang Pasko thanks to our Cebuana rapper, Karencitta! This reimagined Christmas carol of ‘Ang Pasko Ay Sumapit’ seems to really start off a new Filipino Christmas tradition in our homes, don’t you think so?

If you weren’t able to play this amazing song cover during your Christmas celebrations with the family, there’s always the next year to do so! Be sure to add some flare to the yuletide season. 😉
