Black Leopard, Red Wolf is the first book in the Dark Star Trilogy. It is considered as the African version of Game of Thrones and every fantasy book lovers are raving about it.
The plot of the book revolves around the main character Tracker, whose nose is very skilled when hunting. Once he gets a scent of someone, he doesn’t stop until he/she is found, dead or alive. He was tasked to search for a boy and as much as he would rather hunt alone he is joined by a group of characters with their own special abilities. Throughout their journey to locate the boy, Tracker and the group found antagonists preventing them to find the boy easily as they wanted which made Tracker get even more curious of who this boy is and if he can trust the people he’s with.
