Surfing Capital of Northern Philippines

La Union (LU or Elyu) is one of the surfing hotspots in the Philippines. And with new roads built, it’ll only take 3-4 hours to get to this paradise. The influx of people who visit LU continuously increases for the past couple of years and entrepreneurs seized the opportunity to put up their businesses in the area. One of the hottest artists in the PH scene today, Victor Pring, did just that. Together with his partners, they have put up a sui generis themed establishment that will definitely hit the mainstream sooner than you know.

Our Very Own Victor Pring

The opening was definitely hyped up with the sick beats of renowned DJ in the country! And of course, our very own Victor Pring, one of the owners of the new hottest hot spot in La Union, shares all the details during the much-awaited opening!

They have an effing plane on the damn thing! This aviation-inspired lounge, located in Surfers Road Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union, had its HaLUween launch, last November 1-2. The theme was inspired by, well, cos of the plane they have! And what do you do when you when you own a plane? Apparently, you make an establishment out of it in an awe-inspiring place, with the right amount of sun, and a heap of waves.

Charlie’s Hangar Surf Hostel wanted their patrons to get the feel of staying in a cabin. Their rooms are pretty fascinating and it’s inexpensive! That’s right folks, you can experience this aeronautics x sunset paradise at an affordable price! They have room for 4 (P950.00/pax), 6 (P850.00/pax), and 8 (P750.00/pax)! Perfect for a barkada trip! But if you want some privacy, they can have the 4-bed dorm blocked for you and your loved one for only P2850.00/night.

So what are you waiting for? Enough with the “Miss you-Miss you too” and “See you soon-Yes please” comment thread you’re having with your friends. Call them up, set the date, pack your bags and go! You don’t want to miss this flight. 😉

So what do you think about The Hangar Beach Lounge La Union? Are you itching to get there? Are you calling your friends now? Did they say yes? GREAT! Dog lover. Singer. Dreamer. Unicorn. I have 4 dogs namely Kirov, Saffir, Tobby, and Brynhylde. I sing in the shower loudly and passionately (sometimes not in the shower and accompanied by string instruments that I frustratingly try to play.). I dream about being able to dance, having Emily Blunt's body in Edge of Tomorrow, and idk man world peace? Yeah, that's my ultimate dream. Oh, and to have all the questions in my head answered (e.g. Why did he leave? Why does one of my dogs keep on barking at that cabinet in the room? Is our home haunted? Do I have to call an exorcist? and Whatever happened to Amelia Earhart?). Lastly, yep. I poop rainbows every now and then. I have an Instagram account that proves that sometimes I do try to maintain something in my life: @asprecjorielle. I have a twitter account that I barely use but occasionally tweet "I'm back, twitter" or "What's up, Twitter." at: @joriellea. I have a Facebook account with contents of 50% memes, 25% random crap, and 25% photos of myself: And if you like that formal stuff, here's my email: Hit me up wherever I promise I don't bite.
