They say “You’ve got to be in it to win it.” And that’s what the All The Way Up Dance Competition dancers exactly did. Especially when they execute their pieces with a fiery passion, claiming the center stage in the All The Way Up Finals.

Yep, the performances were intense, and you would have to be insanely talented to pull-off the dance moves we’ve seen at the All The Way Up Dance Competition 2018 finals! And we’ve got a hot recap right here for you.

Last Sunday (Oct. 21, 2018)  the most-awaited ALL THE WAY UP GRAND FINALS for 2018 finally happened. So friends, families, and even fans gathered at the Meralco Theater to witness one of the hottest events in the Metro.

And now’s the time to revisit what went down last weekend!

The event was hosted by our very own Pring siblings, Joyce and Victor.

While Joyce was gorgeous and vibrant; Victor had his charming demeanor. It was A LOT of fun seeing them upstage.

How dapper!

The All the Way Up Dance Competition finals 2018 was judged by three fine gentlemen, recurring judges from passed Legs:

And all three of these handsome young men took the stage, with their individual performances in between ATWU (and As We Proceed, Rockwell’s 3rd Annual Dance Concert)!

And much like the previous Rounds of ATWU, the event was filled with surprises like freebies AND celebrity guest judges!

Who are the All The Way Up Dance Competition Finals 2018 celebrity judges? Oh just these three:

  • Ella Cruz
  • Julian Trono; and
  • AC Bonifacio

We welcome these dance pros to the table as they help evaluate each crew, that showed off their immense talents on stage. And yep, they make quite a team! So of course the audience couldn’t wait to see them perform under the spotlight.

Catch the sizzling impromptu dance number by Julian and Ella! (Video coming soon)

Announcing the results of All The Way Up Grand Finals.

Out of the 37 crews who competed, only 2 crews (one from Fire Team and one from Squad) were to take home the CASH PRIZE of Php 60,000 & Php 40,000 respectively.

Surely, there was no easy way to tell which crew should win, for every one of them came prepared to blow us off our seats. Each dancer poured their blood, sweat and tears to make the stage sizzle. Inspiring us with a powerful message executed in such complicated movements, these contestants had made their mark on the stage.

And for those who want to see, here are the rankings for all participating crews at ATWU:
