The Denova new music video for their single ‘You’re Not Alone’ just dropped! And we are loving how we definitely did not feel alone while listening to this hot track.
Known as an alternative pop band from Manchester, United Kingdom—members Kevin (who’s half-Pinoy, btw!), Luca, Sam, and Alix are all featured in the Denova new music video, as they play their hearts out.
Watch Denova showcase their first hot single in this music video that’s definitely #Aesthetic.
Btw, ‘You’re Not Alone’ was released just last month on September 21st. And the song already got 10,000 streams on Spotify only on its first week! #goals
In this single, Denova sends a message to their listeners that no matter how hard things may seem, you don’t have to go through it alone. And that even if life keeps on throwing challenges and obstacles in your path, you’d overcome anything because you have someone to hold your hand. *squeals* (Oops, sorry. We were thinking about how Kevin would be holding our hand in times of trouble.)
Filipino talent makes it global again!
Speaking of Kevin, he’s actually what really peaked our interest with this band.
Yep, you guessed it right. The band’s lead vocalist, Kevin Daos, is actually half-Filipino! And although Kevin grew up in Manchester, his heart is really close to his family and would always visit his home in Cabanatuan and Baguio. Talk about Filipino pride!
I grew up in Manchester but would always visit my family in Cabanatuan, Manila and Baguio. So it’s like my home too.
– Kevin in an interview for the Manila Times
The band poured a lot of great energy into their performance, and released their first official music video together—just as what their song’s message implies.
Overall, Denova’s ‘You’re Not Alone’ music video is a bright and refreshing take against life’s gloom and darkness. It’s a song that truly inspires and pulls up those who are feeling down.
And we think that you certainly need to add this one on your Spotify playlist!
