Live concert and band tours of your favorite artists can be often rare. Here are some of our concerts in Manila wishlists for the months and years to come.
Fall Out Boy Tour in Manila
With their classic hits such as “Sugar We’re Goin Down” and “Dance, Dance,” Fall Out Boy has taken over the world by storm. Even after their 4-year hiatus, FOB still showed fans that they can still rock.
The last Fall Out Boy concert in the Philippines was in 2013. It is already 2017 and we want FOB back in Manila. They might perform their new single “Young and Menace” which seems to be their foray into the EDM style.
Panic at The Disco Tour in Manila
Even if most of the original members have left, Panic at The Disco still provides solid hits until today. My personal favorite in PATD’s new “Death of a Bachelor” album is “Don’t Threaten Me With a Good Time.”
What I like most about Panic at The Disco is that they did not stray away too much from their original styles. They still sound unique and not pop-ish unlike other bands. Brendon Urie and the band did play as part of a collaborative concert in the Philippines in 2016. When will be the next?
Paramore Concert in Manila
Hayley Williams and the rest of Paramore surprised the world with their new “Hard Times” track debuting their “After Laughter” album. Surprisingly, the tracks still sound punk rock even with the 80s influence.
Paramore became more popular with their RIOT album, which just turned 10, including hits such as “That’s What You Get” and “Hallelujah.” Their last concert here in the Philippines was in 2013. There were rumors of a Paramore concert here in December 2017 but no evidence has supported that so far. Here’s to hoping?
Bruno Mars Concert in Manila
UPDATE: Bruno Mars has already a confirmed concert here in the Philippines for 2018. Unfortunately, all tickets have been sold out. AfterParty might have free VIP tickets to be given away soon!
Bruno Mars has been crushing it with his recent live performances such as his “Versace on the Floor” during the Billboard Music Awards 2017. Still, my personal favorite is his “That’s What I Like” performances at the Grammy Awards and Brit Awards 2017.
The 24K Magic tour is currently ongoing in the United States. Bruno Mars’s last concert in the Philippines was way back in 2014 for The Moonshine Jungle Tour. We hope he also performs here again soon!
Which artist or band would you like to bring here in the Philippines? Do you have an emergency concert fund?
